📒

Memory Architect

Curate a physical or digital scrapbook documenting a specific era or event in your life.

How to complete Memory Architect

A scrapbook freezes one chapter of your life before the details blur: a trip, a year, a relationship, a move. Unlike a phone gallery, it forces you to choose, sequence, and caption, turning scattered photos and scraps into a story you can hold and revisit.

  1. Pick one tight subject and timeframe so the project stays finishable.
  2. Gather everything: photos, tickets, notes, receipts, screenshots, small flat keepsakes.
  3. Choose physical (album plus glue and pens) or digital (Canva, Photobook, an app).
  4. Lay out chronologically or by theme, then add short captions with dates, places, and names.
  5. Assemble the pages and, if digital, export or order a printed copy.

Tips

  • Write captions now while you still remember who and when; future-you won't.
  • Edit ruthlessly; ten meaningful items beat fifty filler photos.
  • Include odd ephemera (a stub, a doodle) for texture, not just posed pictures.

What counts as done

A completed scrapbook documenting one specific era or event, captioned and in order, exists.
