Last updated: April 26, 2026

What this is

Achiever is a web application for tracking personal achievements. By using the service, you agree to these terms.

Operator

Achiever is operated by an Individual Entrepreneur registered in Georgia. For all inquiries, contact achiever.so.support@gmail.com.

Your account

  • You are responsible for your account activity
  • Don't use the service for anything illegal
  • Don't abuse or try to exploit the service

Content

You retain ownership of any content you submit (e.g. custom lists). We may remove content that violates these terms.

Achievements & safety

All achievements on Achiever are provided for entertainment and self-development purposes only. They are not instructions, advice, or recommendations to act.

You are solely responsible for deciding which achievements to pursue and how you pursue them. Only attempt what is safe, legal, and acceptable for you personally. Achiever is not liable for any injury, loss, damage, or other consequence resulting from your attempts to complete any achievement.

Pro plan

  • The Pro plan is a one-time purchase that grants lifetime Pro access for the account that made the purchase, at the price displayed on the Pro page at the time of purchase.
  • "Lifetime" means lifetime access to all current Pro features, including all updates and improvements to those features, for as long as Achiever continues to operate as a service. New product lines that may be introduced in the future may be offered separately. There is no recurring charge and no auto-renewal.
  • Pro access is tied to a single Achiever account and is non-transferable.

Payments

Payments are processed by Paddle.com Market Limited, our Merchant of Record. Paddle handles billing, payment processing, sales tax / VAT, and chargebacks. By completing a purchase, you also agree to Paddle's Buyer Terms available at paddle.com/legal/checkout-buyer-terms.

Refunds

Refund eligibility, timeframes, and the request procedure are described in our Refund Policy.

Service discontinuation

If we discontinue Achiever, we will provide reasonable advance notice and, where possible, allow you to export your data. Lifetime access ends together with the service. This is not a guarantee that the service will operate for any particular period of time.

Limitation of liability

The service is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the service.

Changes to terms

We may update these terms. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
