Vulnerability Practice

Share a deeply personal insecurity or truth with someone you trust implicitly.

Private by default: this achievement never appears on your public profile unless you enable it in settings. Only you see your progress here.

How to complete Vulnerability Practice

Real closeness comes from being known, which means letting someone see a part of you that feels risky to show. This is a deliberate practice of that, sharing a genuine insecurity or truth with one person you trust, rather than waiting for it to come out by accident.

  1. Choose someone who has earned your trust and pick a private, unhurried moment.
  2. Decide beforehand what you'll share so you're not improvising under pressure.
  3. Lead with why you're telling them, for example that you want to be more honest with them.
  4. Say the actual thing without over-explaining, apologizing for it, or laughing it off.
  5. Let them respond, and resist the urge to immediately backtrack or reassure them away.

Tips

  • If it feels like too much, start with something a notch smaller and build from there.
  • You can't control how they react, and their response doesn't change whether sharing was worth it.
  • A text counts, but voice or in-person usually lands deeper and feels more real.

What counts as done

You've told a trusted person something genuinely personal that you'd normally keep hidden, and stayed with the conversation afterward.
