Personality Profiled

Take a professional personality test for self-discovery.

How to complete Personality Profiled

This means sitting down with a real, research-backed personality assessment and reading your results honestly, not a clickbait 'which character are you' quiz. Done right, it gives you a vocabulary for your own tendencies and a baseline for noticing how you've changed.

  1. Choose a credible instrument: the Big Five (OCEAN) is the most scientifically grounded; 16Personalities or an official MBTI are popular alternatives.
  2. Set aside uninterrupted time and answer for how you actually are, not how you'd like to be.
  3. Read the full report, not just the type label, paying attention to the trait scales and percentages.
  4. Note one or two findings that genuinely surprised you and where they show up in real situations.
  5. Save your result so you can retake it in a year and compare.

Tips

  • Free Big Five tests (like the IPIP-based ones) are as valid as paid MBTI for self-insight.
  • Treat the result as a description of tendencies, not a fixed box or an excuse.
  • Answering quickly on gut instinct usually gives truer results than overthinking each item.
