Makeup Removed

Thoroughly wash off all your makeup before going to sleep, no matter how tired you are.

How to complete Makeup Removed

Sleeping in makeup traps oil, bacteria, and pollutants against your skin all night, clogging pores and breaking down collagen. Fully removing it, even on the nights you least want to, is the single habit that prevents breakouts, irritation, and dull skin.

  1. Start with an oil-based cleanser or micellar water on a pad to dissolve foundation, sunscreen, and waterproof products.
  2. Follow with a gentle water-based cleanser to clear the residue (the classic double cleanse).
  3. Use a dedicated eye-makeup remover and hold the pad in place a few seconds rather than rubbing.
  4. Rinse, pat dry, and apply moisturizer while skin is still slightly damp.

Tips

  • Keep micellar water and pads on the nightstand for nights you're too tired to reach the sink.
  • Don't scrub: rubbing eyelids and lashes causes irritation and lash loss; let product do the work.
  • Check your hairline and jaw, where foundation hides and causes breakouts.

What counts as done

A fresh pad swiped over your face comes away clean and your skin is bare before you sleep.
